Steps

Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Add the essential oil, sweetened condensed milk, and food coloring. Gently mix together.

Ice cream maker version: Pour into the machine and churn for 10 minutes, add the chopped chocolate chips and churn for another 20 minutes.

Without an ice cream maker: Pour into a container and stir every 30 minutes for 3 hours, then freeze overnight. Take it out 10 minutes before serving!
