300 gcanned beets
2tomatoes
1 cuparugula
1/2onion
1 tbspflax seeds
1 tbspchia seeds
dressing
juice of 2 limes
2 tbspolive oil
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tspsalt and pepper

Dice your beetroot, tomato and onion.

Roughly chop the arugula. combine in bowl with seeds.

Mix the dressing ingredients and coat the salad thoroughly.

Serve topped with some seeds. enjoy.
