Ingredients

45 mins
4 or 5 servings
  • 1 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  • 1 tspfajita seasoning
  • 1/4 tspgreek herbs
  • 1/2 tspperi peri seasoning
  • Spinkle of garlic granuals
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Water

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Then cut them

  3. 3

    Put the seasonings on them and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Put oil and water in a big tray (about as tall as 1/2cm)

  5. 5

    Place the wedges on the tray and cook for 45 mins at 180 °C
