In pot put oil and add onions. Once lightish brown add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi,salt and some water. Cook masala for 5-10mins and add mince.

Add about 2-3cups water and cook with covered lid until the qeema is about to be fully cooked,add methi leaves and cover the lid.

Cook until both the qeema and methi are fully cooked,add green chillies chopped and sabut both.

Bhunafy the qeema and in the end add a pinch of garam masala powder. Garnish with hara dhania and serve with chapati.
