  • Pumpkin fruit
  • 2 cupswater
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut your pumpkin. Preserve the seeds for roasting.

  2. 2

    Clean and put in a pot, add water some salt and boil till tender.

  3. 3

    Serve with tea, coffee, preferred stew, include it in kimmed meals and chapati as well.
