Lemon or lime
Water
Grated Ginger Root

Put grated ginger in a pot

Add water and bring to boil for 10 minutes.

Add the lemon juice and the lemon rinds (optional)let it boil for another 10 minutes.

Sieve and serve hot. Add honey(optional)
