Peel the potatoes.Rinse. Boil the potatoes then add salt till it is soft. Drain the water.

Mash the cooked potatoes. Place in a bowl add the chilli pepper, black pepper and mix together.

Add the flour and mix. Then roll and cut to desired sizes
