1/2Pumpkin
1Sweet-potato
1/2 tinsweetcorn
I/2 red onion
3 Tablespoonscornstarch
1 cupbreadcrumbs
Flour

Steps

30 minutes

Boil the pumpkin and sweet-potato. Once soft mix the onion, sweetcorn and cornstarch.

Mix all the ingredients together and roll into small balls

Roll on the breadcrumbs and deep fry.
