Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8chicken drumsticks
  • 1-2peppers
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Rosmary
  • Halfa can of tomato passata

Steps

1 hr and 30 min
  1. 1

    In a big pot, warm the oil with a garlic piece and then add the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the tomato passata and cook for 5 more minutes. Add some rosmary if wanted

  3. 3

    Add the sliced peppers and keep cooking for 1 hr.

  4. 4

    Serve the dish
