Grind seviya in mixer

Roast on slow gas with ghee

When it turn golden brown and start giving fregnence add pinch of ilachi powder

Now add,2 spoon malai to.make it danedar

Mix it well and switch off the gas..let it cool down for 5-8 mins

Now add jeggery and mix well

Set it in plate and garnish with chopped dry fruits and cut with knife to make pieces.

Let it set for an hour.sweet burfi is ready.
