An easy to cook sweet recipe , to celebrate the festival of Rakhi Bandhan.

Take a bowl. Add the 2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds and 1 tsp Baking Powder.

Add 1 Cup Semolina.

Add 1 Cup Sugar.

Add 2 tablespoon soya oil.

Mix everything.

Add water slowly and start kneading the dough.

The dough shouldn't be too soft nor too hard. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, make small balls from the dough.

Put Soya Oil in pan. Fry the balls in batches. Fry them till the balls become golden brown in colour, crispy outside and soft inside.
