Enjoy this instant crispy honey chilli potatoes recipe that can be prepared easily.
Steps

Wash the potato fingers well in cold water and keep aside. This helps in removing starch.

Mix together rice flour, corn flour and salt to make a paste. Coat the potatoes evenly with this mix.

Heat oil in a karahi/wok and deep fry the potato fingers in batches till the potato is half cooked. Remove the fingers in a tissue and let them cool.

For the second coating, make a medium thick batter, by adding rice flour, corn flour, salt and adding few tbsp of water. Dip the half fried fingers in the batter, coat well, and fry them in the oil until they turn golden brown. Drain on a tissue and keep aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another wok/karahi, add chopped garlic and ginger and stir for a few minutes. Add the sliced onions and capsicum, saute for a few minutes. Don't overcook the veggies. Then, add red chilli powder, black pepper and little salt and sesame seeds, toast them.

Now add soy sauce, green chili sauce, ketchup, and stir together. Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup water to make a slurry and add this to the honey mixture in the wok and stir for a few seconds till it thickens.

Add the fried potatoes and honey spring onion greens and toss together so that they are coated evenly in sauce. Turn off the flame and serve immediately garnished with some more sesame seeds and spring onion greens
