  • 1small bowl rice
  • 1lit milk
  • 1/4 cupmilkmaid
  • as neededChopped cashews
  • as neededChopped almonds
  • 8-10raisins
  • 3-4 dropsrose essence

  1. 1

    Soak rice for half an hour. After it put rice in a blender and churn it for one pulse.Heat milk in a vessel and add rice to it. Now slow down the gas and cook it about 20 min.

    Now add milkmaid to it and mix well.Now add chopped nuts and raisins to it. Add rose essence to it. Freeze it for 30 min and serve chilled.
