Ingredients

40 minutes
5 to 10 people
  • 250 gmspaneer
  • 2 tspmilk powder
  • 200 gmscondensed milk
  • 1 tspRose essence

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a deep pot take crumbled paneer.

    Also add milk powder to make kalakand more whitish.

    Further add condensed milk

    Mix well making sure the condensed milk and paneer are mixed well.

    Mix and mash continuously till the mixture thickens.

    Keep the flame on medium and keep stirring

    Cook on medium flame till the milkmaid melts completely.

  8. 8

    And the mixture starts to thicken.

  9. 9

    Mix till the mixture starts to sepa

  10. 10

    Mix till the mixture starts to separate the pan and forms a lump.

  11. 11

    Transfer the mixture to the ghee greased plate.

  12. 12

    Level it up and set to a block making an inch thick.

  13. 13

    Let it cool down for 1 hour and then cut the kalakand into square pieces.

    Kalakand is ready to be served.
