Ingredients

  • 2 sliceBoneless salmon fillet
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper powder -
  • 1 pinchDry chili flakes -
  • 1 pinchCinnamon powder -
  • 1 pinchCorriender powder -
  • Garlic juice (to sprinkle)
  • Lemon juice (to sprinkle)
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and clean fish fillet.

    Mix all the spices, salt, garlic juice & lemon juice. Rub and marinate the fillet for 2 hours.

    Grill in non stick pan without oil. Toss and cook both side for 2 to 3 minutes
