Ingredients

15 minutes
10 servings
  • 2 cupgramflour
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1/3 cupgarlic and ginger
  • 1green chilli
  • Pinchhing
  • 2 tbspcurd

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend smooth garlic and ginger and green chilli

  2. 2

    Then mix all the ingredients with gramflour and add slowly water to make thick batter

  3. 3

    Rinse all the raw vegetables and marinate them for 5 to 7 minutes then deep fry and enjoy so yumm fritters

  4. 4
