Take a pan add 1 tsp oil add cumin seeds after that add onion and saute it.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix it. Now take a small ball from the dough and roll it with a rolling pin.

Now cut it from center and make the keep and fill the potatoes mixture into the keep and seel it.

Heat the oil and fry it at the low flame. Serve it with chutney.
