Ingredients

half an hour
4 peoples
  • kalejhi 1 whole
  • 1 tspsalt
  • sabut danya 1tsp roasted
  • zeera 1tsp roasted
  • 1 tspred powder
  • 1 tspchatt masala
  • 1 tspcrushed chilli powder
  • 1 tspkattai granded
  • tomato 2 granded
  • oil little
  • ginger garlic paste
  • onion 1 chopped

Steps

half an hour
  1. 1

    Boil kaleji in a pan

  2. 2

    When it boil and tendor water become dry take it out

  3. 3

    Cut in small pieces if big

  4. 4

    In a non-stick pan add oil in it add boil kaleji in it

  5. 5

    Add all spices ginger garlic paste

  6. 6

    Fry well

  7. 7

    Garnish it with green chilli coriander onion and cucumber
