Ingredients

5 minutes
  1. 1 cupfennel seeds
  2. 1 cupchhoti Elaichi or cardamom
  3. 1 cupcarom seeds
  4. Halfcup laung or cloves
  5. 3-4black Elaichi or black cardamom
  6. Halfcup basil seeds or dry basil leaves
  7. 1 piecedaalcheeni or cinnamon stick

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Just blend by taking pause bcuz no need to make totally powdered

  2. 2

    Remember important÷big cardamom can cause constipation so use as less as you can.fennel seeds are calling cold seeds.it relief in acid and other stomach problems

  3. 3

    Boil one minute in water then add other tea ingredients and enjoy so flavorful tea and milk

  4. 4
