Ingredients

  1. 30 gm- Green Cardamom
  2. 30 gm- Black Cardamom
  3. 20 gm- Cloves
  4. 20 gm- Black Pepper
  5. 10 gm- Bay Leaves
  6. 30 gm- Cinnamon
  7. 1 Nut mug
  8. 40 gm- Ginger Powder
  9. 1 cup- Mint leaves
  10. 1 cup Basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In and microwave safe bowl take, basil leaves and mint leaves one by one and put in microwave for 2 min to dry it. So that these become moisture free.

    Again, roast all spices in microwave, except ginger powder.

  3. 3

    Now take all spices in mixture jar and blend it except ginger powder.

  4. 4

    Now add ginger powder and blend it. Homemade tea masala is ready
