P-chan's White Sandwich Bread (in a bread machine)

I was annoyed at the lack of soft crusted, low salt, sandwich breads using a bread machine. I finally found a satisfactory recipe and adjusted it myself to make a loaf that doesn't have a very hard crust, is soft & tasty on the inside, isn't overly salty and fits in my toaster. I use a Panasonic SD-2501 bread machine.

It made it fluffy, too!If you want to use margarine or salted butter, then reduce the amount of salt to 3 g.I just set my machine to the bread making course and let it cook the dough.I use an MK bread maker 100% of the time. Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine) Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine)
I wanted to make the milk-flavored bread that I ate often when I was a child. After trial and error, I succeeded with this regular milk sandwich bread. This sandwich bread stays forever fluffy. This goes well with about anything so try making different variations. When making the chocolate version or the low fat version, be sure to adjust the amount of sugar and butter used.I now always use about 15 g transfat-free shortening, along with soy milk and butter.Microwave gently to make it fluffy again. My youngest son said he wanted to eat brown sugar bread! It might seem like there's a lot of brown sugar, but with just 50 g, I thought the flavor wasn't so nice, and it wasn't sweet enough. If you cut it soon after baking, you won't get a very clean cut. Allow to cool on a rack on top of a newspaper, etc., and cover with a paper bag to keep it from drying out. Please cut it after it's cooled. Recipe by Toshihaya cookpad.japan -

Kubota Sake Sandwich Bread Kubota Sake Sandwich Bread
Since I'm such a lightweight, I can't drink Kubota sake, but since I want to indulge in it, too, I made this bread.I tried some fancy bread that used a 20-year-old sake lees called "kinsei" and loved it, and it got me interested in sake and sake lees.Be careful not to let the pot boil over when softening the rice. With the regular water content of sake and rice, the dough will be sticky and wet, so dust your work surface with flour, and reduce the amount of water. The photo shows the bread with 50% extra strong flour. Recipe by Osshosan cookpad.japan -
