Bajre ka vada in heart shape(pearl millet flour)

#millet
I make Bajra Vada .
This Bajra Vada is famous in Gujarat it is very crispy and very tasty. Instead of deep-frying you should also shallow fry this vada .This is very useful for picnic.
I have no coriander leaves and fresh fenugreek leaves because of lock down so I can use methi masala and kasuri methi for this Vada. Methi masala is Gujarati pickle sambhar .if you have fresh coriander and fenugreek leaves then you should add half a cup of leaves. This vada good for a week or 10 days.
