Steps

In a pot add meat, sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, tomatoes, salt and water. Cook until meat becomes tender.

Add all other spices except garam masala and dry out the water.

When water gets dry, add oil and cook until oil begins to separate.

Cut the bitter gourd into slices and mix with salt in a good way. Keep them for good 3 -4 hours.

Wash bitter gourd thoroughly, make them dry and fry them in oil for about 10 minutes.

Strain well and pour them into meat masala, mix well. Sprinkle garam masala on it.

Keep on dum for 10 minutes and your dish is ready.

Dish it out, garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve with chapati.
