Take milk in a pan and let it boil.

Add lemon juice and stir it and let the milk curdle.

Mix well and strain the curdled milk using a cloth to drain out the whey.

Transfer the paneer into a bowl and knead till it softens.

Roll it into the smooth medium sized balls without cracks.

For chashni. Heat 2 cups of water and 2 1/2 tbsp sugar powder and 1 green elachi.

Now,slowly drop the prepared rasgullas into the simmering liquid.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat,allow to cool and serve.😋😋
