Steps

Heat the oil in a Kadai add jeera, mustard seeds when it's splutters then crush garlic when garlic colour changes.

Then add Onion saute for 30 sec then add, corn, carrot saute for 1 min in medium to high flame.

Then add cabbage,capsicum saute for some time then add turmeric, magic masala,salt mix it well,

Cook in high flame till cabbage get cooked.

Cabbage sabji should not be fully cooked and soft it should be little crunchy.

Serve hot with chapati, paratha etc.

You can add curry leaves too.
