  • 3eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 cupsugar (about 200 grams)
  • 3 cupsmilk (about 720 milliliters)
  • 1 cupsugar (about 200 grams) for the caramel

    Mix the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk together.

  2. 2

    In a saucepan, heat the sugar until it turns into caramel.

  3. 3

    Pour the caramel into a baking dish, then add the egg mixture on top.

  4. 4

    Bake in a water bath at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour.
