Take a kadai and add ghee and when the ghee is heated add wheat flour and roast it till it turns light brown colour and then add edible gum, desicated coconut and mix it well

Now add dry ginger powder and pepremul powder and switch off the gas flame

Now add chopped almonds and cashew in it and mix it. After 10 minutes add Jaggery and mix it well

Now grease a plate and add the mixture in it and spread it evenly and then sprinkle chopped almonds and then cut square pieces out of it
