1 cupVegetable Oil
1/2 CupFreshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 CupWhite Wine
1Garlic Clove Finely Minced
1 Tbs.Paprika
1 TbsCoriander

Add all ingredients in mixing bowl Whisk Vigorously, Set Lamb chops in small hotel pan. Pour Marinade and rub on, make sure to cover every spot on meat. Wrap and set in Fridge overnight or at least for 5-6 hours.
