1/2 (1 packet)santa Lucia pasta
2medium tomatoes
1onion
1/2green pepper
1 tspoil
1 tspsalt
2 cupswater

Boil the pasta. Wash and blend the vegetables into a thick paste.

After boiling the pasta for Abt 5mins or until the pasta is almost cooked. Drain the water then add the paste and 1/2cup water let it come to a boil until the water has reduced.
