Cassia seed black tea
This traditional black tea is more popular and common in the south of Taiwan. Just cannot believe that I can get some Cassia seed teabags from an Asian supermarket make this homey drink. I basically combine Ceylon black tea and Cassia seed tea to make this lovely drink. Some people think that the taste of Cassia seed is similar to coffee so this drink also has another nickname- coffee black tea. This is definitely my comfort cold drink in a such hot summer...❤️❤️

Boil the water and then turn off the heat. Soak the teabags in the boiled for 25 minutes with the lid on.

Take out the teabags when the time is up. Add in sugar and Vanilla paste and mix them well. Wait until it is cold enough, pour the drink in a container and leave it fridge. Add some ice cube in the glass before enjoying it. 😁
