Ingredients

1- 1.5  hours
6 Persons
  • 1. Pasanday (beef).. 1kg
  • 2. Onions...750 gm
  • 3. Garlic paste... 1 t.spoon
  • 4. Ginger paste... 1 t.spoon
  • 5. Turmeric powder....1t.spoon
  • 6. Garlic cloves..6 to 7
  • 7. Coriander Powder...1/2 t.spoon
  • 8. Salt...to taste
  • 9. Green chillies... 250 gm (bharnay wali)
  • 10. Lemon..2 big juicy
  • 11. Cumin powder...4 tb.spoon
  • 12. Turmeric powder 1 t.spoon
  • 13. Coriander powder...1-1.5 tb.spoon
  • 14. Oil....1 cup

Steps

1- 1.5  hours
  1. 1

    1-8 kay tamam ingredients ko aik pot mein paani daal kar paknay rakh dain. Boil anay par slow flame par galnay dain.

  2. 2

    Cumin powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder ko dry roast karlain.

  3. 3

    Cumin powder ko crush karkay,turmeric aur coriander powder kay sath mix karlain. Then add lemon juice and salt in it. Ab iss masalay ko green chillies mein cut laga kar bhar lain. Aisay bharna hai kay 1/4th masala bach jaye.

    Ab 1/2 cup oil mein bhari hwe mirchon ko fry karlain.

  5. 5

    Pasanday gal jayein to half cup oil daal kar unko bhoon lain.

  6. 6

    Adha bhun jaye to sath he bhari hwe fried mirchain aur remaining masala daal dain aur halka sa bhoon lain, piyaz au sabit lehsan paseendo kay sath yak jan hojayein aur oil upar ajaye to aik lemon ka juice daal kay dum par rakh dain..3 min take phir burner off kardain.

    Ghar ki chapati ya tandoori naan kay sath serve karain. Iska dawati jor raway maidy kay parathay kay sath hai.
