Adjust the consistency of curd by adding water or milk. It should not be very thick nor very thin.

Now add chopped nuts along with cardmon powder to the curd. Mix nicely.

Add sugar only when it is ready to serve for bhog otherwise sugar extract water with curd and mixture will become more thin.
