Turn on the gas place a Kadhai pour there water then when it starts boiling add boiled Bitter gourd then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Tamrind pulp and mix it properly.

Now cover it and cook for 5 mins in low flame. Keep stirring it in the mid check if more water required then add it little. Now add jaggery and mix it properly and cook for 2 mins in medium flame. Side that dish and place a tadka pan for tempering add Oil when it boils add there Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, red chillies and then turn off the gas. At last add some roasted cumin powder and serve it with rice.
