  • 250 gmscorn poha
  • 100 gmspeanuts
  • 50 gmssugar powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 10-12curry leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 3/4 tsptatri (nibu sat)
  • as neededOil for frying

    Clean corn poha

    Heat oil and fry peanuts

    Take a one bowl mix all ingredients like chilli, turmeric, salt, tatri, sugar powder

    Heat oil in a pan on full flame and add corn poha in to and fried as well

    Sprinkle masala on fried corn poha

    Add curry leaves and peanuts in corn poha mix well now ready your corn chevda
