It's one of my favorite Kabab. Like to eat it with vegetable rice and raita.
Steps

In a pot take Mutton Mince. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and coriander, mix/knead it well by hand for 5 minutes.

Now add all spices and again knead it well for 6-8 minutes.

Rest it for 30-40 minutes.

Now add maize flour, corn flour. Mix/ knead it well for 5 minutes and again rest it for 30 minutes.

Now grease the palm make make cylindrical shapes kabab. Prepare all kababs and keep it ready.

In a pan take oil heat up. Slow the flame and put kababs one by one and cook till it's color change to golden brown.

Delicious Kabab is ready serve with Ketchup, raita and Vegetable rice.
