Ingredients

  1. 100 gmgreen chillies
  2. 1 Tspcumin seeds
  3. 2 Tspyellow mustard
  4. 1 Tspcoriander seeds
  5. 1/4 Tspfenugreek seeds
  6. 1 Tspfennel seeds
  7. 1/2 Tspcarom seeds
  8. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1lemon
  11. 1 Tbspvinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Take the green chillies, remove head and slit them from the middle. And keep the all green chillies in the bowl.

    Now put the cumin seeds,mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds and dry roast them on low flame. Let them cool. Now put it in to the blender and blend them (Make slightly coarse powder). Now masala is ready.

    Take this masala podwer and put it in to the green chilli bowl. Add turmeric powder, salt, lemon and mix them well. Now put the oil in a frying pan, heat it and add asafoetida and let it cool. Now completely cooled oil put it in to the green chillies and mix well. Now add vinegar which is optional. And mix well.

    Now green chilli pickle is ready to serve after 2 hours.
