Grind fennel seeds,fenugreek seed,kalonji seed, coriander seeds,mustard seeds slight...heat oil in pan

Add all ingredients and saute nicely and mix

Add all cooked ingredients in raw mango (which is cut in cubes and dried in shadow) and mix well..

Leave it to cool down. Heat oil and let oil also cool down later add oil in pickle and fill in jaar nice cover with cotton cloth and keep in sun for 2 to 3 hour till 15 days.
