Tricolor rava dhokla

Mix rava,curd,baking soda.add water.salt.ginger.oil.sugar.

Keep batter for 1/2 an hour.

Divide it into three equal quantity in three different bowl.add green colour in one bowl.saffron colour in second bowl of batter.

Take green colour batter stir it check consistency.add eno.put the batter in greased mould.

Steam for 6 minutes.now take white colour batter add 1tsp eno pour on green batter.cover it and again steam for 6 minutes.

Take saffron batter add eno stir well pour on white batter

Cover and cook for another 10 minutes check with toothpick.

Let it the dhokla cool.demoule it.

Now in one pan take 2tbsp oil.add mustard seeds, seaseam seeds,curry leaves, chopped green chillies.

Pour the tempering on dhokla.garnish with chopped cilantro.serve with green chutney.
