Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupplain flour
  2. 1 cupBesan or gram flour
  3. 2 cupegg of fish
  4. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 2dry red chilli
  7. 2 teaspoonbengali five spices panch foron
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupsoyabean oil
  11. 1 cuptamarind pulp

Cooking Instructions

    Mix properly the flour,gram flour,red chilli powder,salt to taste with the fish egg.

    Add soyabean oil and add spoonful mixture of fish egg and fry untill it turns into golden brown

  3. 3

    Mix all spices(chilli powder,turmeric powder) with tamarind pulp and add 1 cup water then mIx well

  4. 4

    Now in a pan add dry red chilli, 2 teaspoon panchforon then add tamarind pulp mixture.Add sugar to taste.shake it properly now.

    After 7 min add the fried fish egg

  6. 6

    After 5 min it will be served with Rice as a sour item.
