Ingredients

2 people
  • 2raw mango
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 4-5 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Cut the raw mango from both sides...give them slices...mix all the masalas sugar,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder,garam masala,salt as per your taste..mix well and stuffed in between the slices..

  2. 2

    Take a lan add 4 to 5 tbsp oil and shallow fry in on medium flame till it become soft..
