1) In a bowl take curd,add besan, mix well and make a smooth paste.

2) Now to this paste add all the dry masalas- haldi, red chilli powder,garam masala, black pepper powder and chat masala. Mix well and keep aside.

3) Now keep a kadai on flame, when hot add oil. Once oil is heated, add jeera and curry leaves.

4) Now add curd mixture. Cook well for 6-8min with continuous stirring.

5) Once the curd mixture is cooked, add boiled, chopped potatoes. Let the curry boil for another 5min.

6) Now switch off the flame, garnish with coriander and serve with roti or rice.
