Ingredients

  • 3whole garlic
  • 9-10dry red chilli
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 inchginger
  • 2 tsp tamarind
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat kadhai with oil saute dry red chilli in for 1 min

  2. 2

    Take it out and in same oil saute garlic in it for 2 mins. Now add ginger cumin mix it add tarmarind and saute it for 2-3 mins

  3. 3

    Cool it and grind everything in grinder coarsely
