Mix the flour with Ghee,Ajwain and Salt According to the Taste

Knead and make tight dough

For the Stuffing take Boiled Potatoes

Two Teaspoon Oil and add Jeera,Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala and Mashed Potatoes

Add Peas and Dhaniya Leaves

Mix it well and Add Green Chillies

Flatten the Aata fill the Stuffing

Fry it on medium flame

Enjoy the with Chutney
