  • Chicken thigh or wings
  • Cornflour
  • Carrot and green pepper
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Eggs
  • Spices,garlic paste
  • Oil for frying

40minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken parts with little amount of scotch bonnet spices and garlic powder

    Boil for 12min

    Coat chicken with egg then coat with cornflour

    Fry in a hot oil and serve with ketchup

    Garnish using chopped carrots and green pepper
