Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 bowlpeas
  • 1potato chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it,add jeera.

  2. 2

    Once it crackle add vegetables,saute 2 to 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add water and salt and pepper mix well.

  4. 4

    Close the lid and pressure cooker it for 3 whistles.Keep it in steam for 5 minutes,then open the lid and serve it.
