Apple coconut burfi
Steps

In a pan add ghee when it melts add apple.

Then sort for 4 minutes add coconut and sugar.

You can see it becomes little watery as apple releases little water.

Cook and stir in between till water evaporates and the whole mixture forms a lump.

Add chopped nuts,cardamom powder keep 1tsp nuts garnishing.

Place this mixture to a plate in which butter paper is lined or greased with ghee.

Garnish with desecated coconut,nuts and chopped rose petals.

Keep this in fridge or freezer until it sets completely.

Remove this from fridge and cut this to pieces and serve.
