Mash the boiled potatoes

In a bowl, add these potatoes, grated paneer

Add finely chopped green chilli

Add Coriander, garam masala and jeera powder mix well

Add maida and salt in it mix well

Make balls and deep fry it..

For gravy: In a pan, add oil

Add chopped onion

When onion becomes pink add garlic and tomatoes when it becomes mushy and soft turn off the flame

Let it get cool

Than add this mixture in a mixer grinder and make smooth paste

In a pan, add butter and oil

Add jeera, cloves and bay leaf saute it on low flame

Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder and the smooth paste

Cover it with lid and boil for 8-10 minutes

Add cream.. mix well

Add water mix well

Add kasuri methi to it

And garnish it with cream
