  • 200 gCheese
  • Small size onion
  • 2green and red chillies
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tsp Paprika

    Beat eggs with chopped onion and chillies,salt and paprika powder.

    Fry it in omelette style.

  3. 3

    Grease your grill pan with oil.

  4. 4

    Spread egg and cheese on the bread.

    Grill one side for 2 mins and then the other one.
