Delicious! This recipe is so easy and with few ingredients as the bags of frozen potatoes already come with peppers and onions. Really you can substitute either soup for cheese soup or cream of celery or "whatever." You can also use any shredded cheese you desire or have laying around. And the corn flakes can also be substituted with Pretzels, French fried onions, or again, anything you desire or have around. All you need to do is mix and pop in the oven! The first time I made this recipe was for a Girl's Weekend with family. I just made it with veggies because it's always nice to have a meatless breakfast option too.

Great side dish to dress up any meal. Creamy and cheesy with a nice crunchy top. It doesn't matter how much I make there are never any leftovers!

Wanted something easy and this was a wonderful idea a co-worker gave me that i tweaked and put into a slow cooker so it was done by the time i was done picking up my niece and nephew from school and they loved it.
