  • 1/2 cupsattu
  • 6 tbspgrated sugar
  • 1 tbspalmonds chopped
  • 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspmilk

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix sattu, elaichi, ghee and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add milk and knead a dough.

  3. 3

    Now to modak add grated sugar and then put the filling made above.
